Delivery： While we havent been able to test the product as there are pending customs and construction from our side, Frank and DR Wash have provided an excellent service on shipment, all the details for pick up and delivery are accurate. Service： DR Wash since day one have provided all the information required for our business to understand the whole process and machinery capacities and installation.  As a Side note we havent been able to test the products but we have no doubt that these product quality will reflect the service provided. 

Frank and his team have brought me surprises time and time again. Whenever I encounter difficulties, Frank and his team always solve them for me in the first place. They provide excellent service and great machines.
